Sam with Sunshine Plumbing was at my house within two hours after receiving my call requesting an estimate to find the cause of the leak that had wet the ceiling of the room below the upstairs bathroom. Sam quickly identified the toilet tank was leaking. In addition, he contacted a company that does mold remediation, which is a service I also needed. The representative from that company arrived not long after Sam’s arrival. That’s the type of service that you appreciate when you need service. Wished I had contacted Sam earlier. I waited three days for another plumber who arrived at my house and, without checking anything, told me he wouldn’t be able to find the leak until walls are cut out.
